Is sports therapy right for me?
Rehabilitation and soft tissue release are suitable for everyone. Specific to each person and used to treat a range of musculoskeletal injuries, the treatment also supports injury prevention, maintains performance and is ideal for both pre and post-event training and recovery. Our objective is to restore the strength, endurance and confidence you need to enjoy the performance you expect and the quality of life you deserve.
How does it work?
Our specialists target the root cause of any issues by uncovering and correcting dysfunctional biomechanics and associated deconditioning injuries. As such, during your first session, we’ll discuss your situation, consider your needs and perform a physical assessment. Once we diagnose any issues that we need to treat, your dedicated sports therapist will create a personalised action plan, including strength recovery through ranges of motion, progress indicators and expectations.
How much does sports therapy cost?
Each session is priced at £60 for non-members and £40 for members. Each session duration is 60 minutes and depending on your situation, we may initially recommend one to two sessions per week.
