  • Are TMP MetCon Sweat classes right for me?

    High-paced exercise classes with short rest intervals between the workouts, MetCon Sweat classes are ideally suited for those who currently attend TMP strength and conditioning classes. This high-intensity class brings together elements from the previous week to target both your muscles and your cardiovascular system providing a straightforward and effective way to elevate your heart rate and promote tissue repair and muscle growth.

  • How does it work?

    Different to other training venues and traditional gyms, TMP design and deliver unique MetCon Sweat classes in order for the effects to interlink and build movement specifically for each person.  Also providing the best platform for preparing your body for the activities you undertake outside of your sport, each one-hour MetCon Sweat class incorporates endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, cardiovascular and performance training.

  • How much do MetCon Sweat classes cost?

    As a member, you can enjoy unlimited weekly classes included within your monthly membership. Alternatively, on a drop-in basis, each MetCon Sweat class is priced at £9 for non-members. We also offer discounted class bundles of up to four, eight or twelve classesEach class duration is 60 minutes and we recommend one class per week for beginners and two or more weekly classes for more experienced exercisers.
