Introducing our newest team member, James! With over six years of experience as a personal trainer, James brings a wealth of expertise in fitness and wellness to The Movement Project. He has conducted a variety of classes in local gyms, spanning across Portsmouth, Finland, and Italy, covering everything from spin and watt bike to kettlebells, HIIT, circuits, boxing, and Les Mills Body Pump.

James is particularly passionate about spin and excels in creating high-energy classes that focus on metabolic conditioning, allowing you to build strength and endurance. His upbeat music choices are the perfect soundtrack to encourage correct form and keep you motivated throughout the session. Whether you’re a newbie or an experienced cyclist, James’s spin classes offer a fun, lively, and vigorous workout tailored to all levels.

New – Themed Spin Classes Starts this Friday night

Starting this Friday 10th November and continuing every other Friday, join Andrena for an exhilarating themed Spin class that will transport you back in time to the good old days. The class kicks off at 6:30 pm and runs until 7:15 pm, featuring a curated playlist of heart-pounding tracks that are sure to get you moving, grooving, and working up a sweat. Get ready for a nostalgic Rollback spin class that you won’t want to miss!

New- Facebook Group for Members

If you haven’t already, we encourage you to become a part of our TMP community on Facebook by joining our TMP Members Group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/tmpmembersgroup. In this dedicated space, our team regularly shares up-to-date information. Be sure to keep an eye out, especially during adverse weather conditions or unexpected events, although it’s worth noting that it takes quite a lot to deter us from delivering our top-notch services to you!

It’s Christmas time … nearly

With Christmas just around the corner, we’re gearing up to get in the spirit! If you haven’t secured your seat at our Christmas party yet, there’s still time. Feel free to reach out to Andrena (drenahead@gmail.com) or add your name to the list posted on the gym wall.
