Teen Athletic Potential Programme

Introducing our Teen Athletic Potential Programme! (13-16 Year olds)

Our goal is to help teenagers reach their full athletic potential by providing comprehensive training that builds the fundamental movement patterns of performance, whilst further introducing crucial athletic elements such as speed, agility, quickness, and power that are often under addressed or supplied elsewhere. All while being tailored to individual needs as a child learns the individual biomechanics of their own body.

Whether you’re a rugby player, footballer, runner, basketball player, gymnast or simply interested in staying active and fit, we have the expertise and facilities to help you improve and succeed.

With experienced trainers and state-of-the-art equipment, our program is designed to enhance physical abilities attributed to sporting achievement. In addition, we also focus on developing mental skills such as goal-setting, focus, and confidence.

Our class environment is fun, supportive and inclusive, making it easy for teens to feel comfortable and confident as they push themselves to new limits.

Course Starts 3rd June and will run for 4 weeks.   Train 3 times a week on a Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday.
